Tim Fargher (born 7 June 1952) is a critically acclaimed British painter, sculptor and print-maker. He exhibits in London and Suffolk where he lives with his wife, Elizabeth. They have four children.
The son of Squadron Leader Thomas Philip Fargher DFC (1922-1986), Tim Fargher was born in his grandfather’s house on the Lincolnshire coast in 1952, and spent the early years of his life living between Holland, Germany and Italy. After returning to England, his parents divorced in 1963.
Discovering at an early age that drawing and painting were subjects at which he excelled, Fargher attended St Martin’s School of Art, where he graduated in 1979.
Fargher's work has centred upon landscape, portraiture, bronze sculpture and allegorical figure paintings.
